Completely furnished. Satellite TV, DVD and phone. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, microwave hood, toaster, coffee pot and dishwasher. A great selection of board games for those 'up-north' summer evenings. Outdoor grill, picnic table, chairs and firepit. Partially finished walk-out basement with ping-pong table is a great 'rainy day' room for the kids. Linens included, please bring your own towels. To protect all our guests there is no indoor smoking or pets allowed.

Area Northwest Michigan offers a variety of 'day trips' from the cottage. Ludington's car ferry, The Badger is just 30 minutes south and offers daily trips to Wisconsin. Nearby Tippy Dam is renowned for its spring and fall Steelhead runs. Take a hike on the North Country Trail just west of town. Hamlin and Portage Lakes offer great boating and fishing. Visit Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen Music Academy and Traverse City just a little over and hour north. Take in an ol' fashioned drive-in movie at the Cherry Bowl Drive-In 45 minutes north. Crystal Mountain & Big M Trail offer great downhill and cross-country skiing for a winter getaway. At the end of the day return to the cottage and sit by the campfire, gaze at the stars and relax - that's what vacations are for!
