Menemsha A scenic fishing village with great beaches, sunsets, fish markets and restaurants. It is quaint yet not too remote. Part of Chilmark there are multiple beach accesses available and trails galore. From the house the path to Menemsha takes less than 5 minutes for the average walker and is easy reach of a walkie talkie from the house.

Did I mention the fishing? Lots of fish, blues, bass, flounder, scup, sea bass, bonito and more visit our waters annually. The fishing is par excellence.
