  • Security/Damage deposit in the amount of $300 is required within 48 hours to secure bookings.
  • Pets - I do accept dogs of all sizes with an additional deposit of $200.00. In addition a cleaning fee of $100 is required, if the stay is longer than 1 week, I do require an additional $100 cleaning fee, as I bring in an extra team to ensure that the home is clean for the next renters.
  • 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the payment is required, and 100 of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For arrivals booked within 30 days of arrival full payment and deposit is required within 48 hours of the booking.
