| Notes: | There is a large beautiful sunporch across the back of the home that opens onto a small deck where the barbeque is located. You look out from the sun porch on a magnificent 200 year old Pecan tree as well as large vista of fields where you can watch the cows roam, see wild turkey, deer and other birds and animals. It has 2 dining tables, a nice sitting area and provides a great gathering place. The Kitchen is off the sunporch and is newly remodeled and fully equipped. It is an open kitchen with a dining area that seats 6 as well as a desk and TV area. The bathroom is off this room also. It also provides a good space for gathering. There is a large screen TV and DVD player in another room, the study, with 2 sofas. For outside sitting and dining there is a table that seats 6 in the front yard as well as 4 chairs and 2 end tables that sit on the front porch. You can also sit on the barbeque deck. |

Located close to Lexington, Natural Bridge and I-81 exit, enjoy all the outdoor life of the area, the rich history, colleges, shopping, art galleries of Lexington, the Horse Center, Bluegrass music and return to Rose Hill farm for some good old time sipping and sitting time.
