Notes:

The issue of pets is questionable. What pets? How long? Extra deposit. The elderly are welcome but it is not wheel chair accessible and there are steps on both levels. Even the first floor has steps. There is only one bedroom on the first floor We welcome children, but it is the renters responsibility to keep them safe from the dangers of the ocean/stairs etc.
