The main living area on the upper ground level has a modern open plan gourmet kitchen leading on to a covered balcony complete with BBQ and outdoor dining setting. The main living area also opens onto this wrap around balcony and is appointed with leather lounges, large plasma screen and a rarely needed eco smart fireplace. On this level is also a fully equipped laundry with back door opening onto a rear courtyard and a complete bathroom. On an adjoining mezzanine level there are a further two bedrooms, one queen and one double, opening onto a terrace, again with wonderful sea views. Upstairs is the master bedroom (king bed) opening on to a balcony with stunning views, complimented by a large en suite and walk in robe. The property is entered on the lower ground through secure electronic gates, with open parking and a large double garage. Entrance to the house is either via steps to the front door or a pathway to the rear of the house.
