The Mount Irvine Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive while the Tobago Plantations Golf Course is about 10-15 minutes away.Boats leaving for the world famous Buccoo Reef can be accessed by a 2 minute walk. Fish lovers can purchase fish from fishermen by 1 to 2 minute walk. There are restaurants and a casino within a 1 to 3 mile radius. Whether you preference, you could not choose a better location for a holiday than Ocean View villa

Goat Race Ocean View Villa is a 3 minute walk from the venue where the world famous annual Buccoo goat race is held on the Tuesday following Easter Monday.
