Property has mountain views, with many trails to hike. Creek has many smaller falls. Home is 1600 sq ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath with large fireplace, covered porch, front and rear decks. Enjoy mountain views and bird watching off the rear deck or have a BBQ on the front deck, over looking large spring fed gold fish pond complete with under water lights and small waterfall. Enjoy nights in front of the fire, watching a movie, or listening to nature out the bedroom windows as you drift.

This estate is conveniently located in Pumkintown between Dillsboro and Franklin, has state road access but sits up a slightly bumpy mountain drive in the middle of the 39 acres and can not be seen from the road not even in the winter, very private. Yet just a short scenic drive to Harrah's Casino, smokies railroad, fine dining, craft/antique shopping, whitewater rafting, Gem mining, inner tubing (inner tubes included), trout fishing and much more.
