LIVING AREAS As you enter the 3100 square foot condo and see the 180 degree view, you will ..simply..stop. From your terrace you enjoy the ever encompassing views of Banderas Bay with all its activity: the Malecon, the town and famous Guadalupe Church steeple, Cruise ships, water life, sandy beach, City lights and nightly Fireworks. All this amid tropical plants, Built-in Gas barbecue (marble counter top), and plenty of comfort for dining, and lounging. The living room features an 8 foot wrap around sofa paired with inviting leather chairs and ottomans for plenty of seating. The warmth of the Mexican lamps, rugs, art and accessories are pleasing to the eye. Evenings in this room cannot help but create romance. HDTV(s), mini Home Theatre, (equipped with movies),stereo throughout & on the terrace(s) wi-fi internet and free calling to the US finish out the unit.

The beautiful kitchen (Granite, Travertine,Mirror & Stainless steel) is well equipped with every modern amenity and well stocked for any gourmet chef to put on a romantic dinner for two or party of six-eight people. Colorful serving pieces and candles light up your table. The purified water is safe throughout the condo and anywhere on the premises. A calming African theme in the Master with its Jetted tub, private Gardened Lanai, walk-in closet, writing desk and Flat screen TV suggest privacy and pampering. The Second Master sports a calming Mexican Theme with soft lighting, its own private lanai, elegant bath and flat screen TV. The pillow topped beds make it difficult to leave in the morning. The third bedroom(queen) cute and cozy in a cowboy theme also enjoys its own bath and shower.
