Canals Not on a canal, but there are two canals on either side of the opposite streets, which are fresh water.

Beaches, boating and fishing Cape Coral city beach and marina is a short distance away. It will take about 10-15 mins. to get there. Great beach with dock for fishing from. Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers beach are close by for deep sea fishing excursions.

Ft. Myers Beach Take trolley from parking areas in Ft. Myers to avoid traffic. Also can catch a high speed catamaran to Key West for the day or extended periods. A casino boat also leaves from Ft. Myers Beach area.
