Clean and Comfortable A comfortable residence, this charming ranch has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. It's quiet location is 1.5 miles from town, yet not too far to bike or walk in when needed. Beaches, ponds, the lagoon, and other recreational facilities are also easily accessible if you want to hop on the bike path around the corner or take a brisk walk.

Lots of Toys - for children and adults.. Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, newly refinished hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bath, private laundry facilities, deck overlooks the private wooded back yard with gas grill & an outdoor shower. TV in the living room with DVD/VCR, video games, board games, internet, bikes with helmets, kayaks with life jackets, ping pong, badminton, clamming rakes, plenty to do!

Clean and roomy bedrooms. Washer and dryer.
