The layout of the flat is perfect. The exposure is east to west, so you get morning sun in the bedrooms, sun room and deck then afternoon sun and evening sunsets into the living room. The property faces right down Bay Street and has no buildings directly across the street blocking your view of the sunset clouds.
The sun room is a fully equipped office with computer and printer/fax/copier. If you bring your own computer, we have wireless access.
The kitchen has granite counter tops,quality appliances and is fully equipped.
The living room fireplace has gas logs, perfect for that foggy evening.
The deck, off the sun room, is a sunny place for morning coffee and has a gas barbecue. The rear garden is shared with the other flats.
Parking is available in a private garage across the street. The cost is $100 per week. However, like most cities, parking is difficult and expensive, you don't really need a car in San Francisco. You can buy a 7 day Muni/passport for only $24, which includes unlimited rides on the Cable Cars.
Our rate is all inclusive, including weekly maid service, no hidden or additional fees.
