Further Details for the condo in Destin Area, Florida, USA

Beach Location Many people ask us how far the unit is from the beach. If you walk our of our condo and take a left, you can walk about 100 yards and be on the sand. There is no need to drive. The beach access is private so only Sandpiper Cove residents and guests get access to the beach area. There are umbrellas and chairs for rent during the summer months for approximately $20 per day.

Canal Docking There is a small canal in Sandpiper where boats can be parked temporarily. The fee is $150 per week and it must be reserved through the Sandpiper Cove office prior to your arrival. They only allow boats up to 30' and no above water exhaust boats are allowed. If you let us know you have a boat we can reserve a slip for you through the Sandpiper Cove office and then you can pay for it once you arrive on site.

Golf Information: There is an executive 9-hole par 3 golf course on site that you can play for free as many times as you would like. Sandpiper does a good job of keeping the greens up so it is good practice. Bring a pitching wedge and a putter.
