The dining area includes 8 folding chairs for additional seating. For outdoor dining, there is a round table with 4 cushioned chairs. A large picnic table, which comfortably seats 8, is located on the rear deck. The wrap-around deck consists of outdoor lawn furniture with cushions. There are 4 lounge chairs, 2 of which are located on the upper deck off the Master Bedroom plus 4 additional chairs with cushions. The house is also situated on pilings in which stairs are required to reach the first floor. The house sits 20 feet above sea level which affords a gorgeous view. Additionally, after a day in the salt and sun, there is nothing like a nice shower. Since the well water can become brackish at times, this home is equipped with an outdoor 1,000 gallon holding tank with fresh water delivered weekly.

Peaceful Tranquility This unique area of Green Hill Beach is both quiet and private. If you are looking for rest and relaxation away from the crowds, this is the place to be. The neighborhood is lined with beach houses which are primarily owner occupied. Relax, read a book or take a nap on the comfortable cushioned outdoor lawn furniture. Or if it is too windy in front, retire to the rear deck which is equipped with a large picnic table. This is a wonderful place to have dinner outside in the evening and catch a glimpse of the beautiful sunsets. Conducive to quality time for families, this is a vacation home which is made for peaceful memories.

Great Place for Outdoor Fitness Because of the flat terrain around this beach area, it is an ideal place for bike-riding and jogging. Many young people stay active with skim boarding and surfing. Kite flying and just shooting the Frisbee are favorite pastimes for many beach goers. Children love walking along the beach searching for shells and sea glass. Being active at the beach is great for all ages. It should also be noted that tennis, basketball courts and children's playgrounds are all located nearby.

Local Amenities The Charlestown area, within close proximity to the beach, is complete with all the local amenities one might possibly need including: bank, grocery store, convenience store, gas station, laundromat, fruit stand, bakery, deli, fitness center, bait and tackle shop, kayak rentals, several restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream stops, art galleries, gift shops, flea market, library, parks and churches. It is amazing that so many conveniences exist in this quiet, very family-friendly area.
