  • The master bedroom bath has a walk-in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has the shower tub combination and one sink. Units are well supplied with towels, linens and a starter supply of household goods. Maintenance, up-keep and departure maid service is provided by Craig and Dana Crook.

  • This condo has been remodeled and beautifully decorated. Two queen beds in the master bedroom were replaced with one deluxe pillow-top king. There is room for the queen aero bed when needed. The living room has two full sized sofas; not the uncomfortable sleeper sofas. Each bedroom is spacious and has a private balcony and a private bath. The master bedroom balcony gets sun from morning until late afternoon and the second bedroom balcony gets morning sun and afternoon shade. The corner location of the living room gives you the option of afternoon shade on the side balcony or afternoon sun on the front balcony. The views are fantastic, even from the kitchen! The beach club swimming pool is in full view from three balconies. The soothing sound of the ocean waves calms ones soul and induces deep sleep, but the beauty of the moon and stars over the water and moonbeams bouncing off the water is a sight worth staying awake to enjoy. An hour of 'moon therapy' is worth the trip.

South Hampton: ocean to the front, swimming pools on either side and free parking to the side and rear. Numerous other swimming and recreation options available. Some 'extra amenities', such as sport and health club, water-park, lazy river, tennis courts, tennis lessons, child care, massage, cafe, coffee bar, poolside snack bar and refreshment bar, restaurants and indoor pools are offered at competitive rates. The main attraction is a comfortable oceanfront second home where the family can relax. Our daughter loves to swim, water slide, feed the ducks, fresh water fish and climb on century old live oaks. She takes us on walks along the boardwalk, around the lakes and down the bike trails. She enjoys catching 'creatures' such as minnows and hermit crabs down by the swash (ocean creek). A number of sit down and delivery food options are available. Music, dancing and activities by the pools is usually free. Apache Pier (10 minutes down the beach) offers evening music and dance.
