Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $150 Cleaning fee for weekly and monthly rentals. $100.00 for weekends
  • A $250 Security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The security deposit will convert to a damage deposit upon arrival and cannot be used towards the rental fee. A signed contract must be received within 7 days of reservation. Half of the total rental fee must be paid 90 days before arrival. Balance of the rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. Payment in US Dollars & rental rates have all taxes and fee's figured in. Payment may be made by check, money order or major credit card, Visa, M/C or Discover. Paying with a corporate card, will have a 3% additional charge will added.
    The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out following an inspection of the unit. Less any assessment for lost keys, damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing items as determined by owner. Unit will be professionally cleaned prior to you arrival. No daily maid service.
  • Weekly rentals start on Monday's and end on Sundays.
    Weekend rates are for Friday and Saturday Stays.
