This single-Level ranchette offers fun for the entire family! Bring your toys and experience the wonders of beautiful Ojai Valley including Lake Casitas, Matilija Canyon, and the Los Padres National Forest. Ojai is centrally located to Santa Barbara, San Buenaventura, and Los Angeles County. Using this property as a base, you can explore the entire area. There is no limit to the fun that awaits you. On-site amenities include games and movies for the entire family and horse boarding. The property is fully fenced, so you can also bring your pets along with you! There is plenty of room to park your RV, or horse trailer. The corrals are large enough to accommodate four horses. Bridle trails are nearby which lead to the Los Padres National Forest and the beach.

The property is clean, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate a large party. There are many rooms for different activities throughout the house. These include: a formal living room, a formal dining room, a spacious family room, a spacious kitchen (in kitchen dining, too), three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The grounds include two long driveways, a covered outdoor patio, a children's playhouse, a fruit orchard, walking paths, a fenced play area, a miniature hiking trail, and a large corral. The neighbor's yard has goats, emus, pigs, dogs, and horses which are visible from the corral area.

About Ojai Ojai has it all. When it comes to a day trip, a weekend stay, a month’s vacation, or even the ideal place to live, Ojai is blessed. An hour and half north of Los Angeles, and within easy striking distance of the ocean, Ventura and Santa Barbara. Ojai is a gem. Scenically it’s beautiful, years ago, when Hollywood's Frank Capra filmed Shangri-La for the movie Lost Horizons, he chose Ojai. Looking at the valley today, it’s easy to see why. It’s a long East/West valley full of oaks, orange and avocado groves surrounded by mountains that seem to enfold it and give it its small self contained community air.
