New Construction on the Beach This building was completed late in 2007. Access to the assigned parking is via remotes to open the doors to the ground floor parking garage. Once in the elevator, you will enter your code for the unit and once on your floor, the elevator will open up directly to your unit only. The area around this building is primarily residential but you are only a short walk down the beach to restaurants, shopping and Pier 60
