Mountain Bikes, Kayaks, Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Wakeboard, Skim Boards, Fishing Poles, PS2 VideoGame-Console, PS2 Game Library, WII Console, WII Game Library, VCR & DVD Library, Jumphouse w/ Slide & pool, Slip N Slide, Skim Board Slip N Slide and many more amenities are all available to rent for the day or week. Prior notification required along with Deposit. Rental prices are Negotiable depending # of days. T.V., VCR, DVD Player, Outdoor Gas Grill , Oven, Stovetop, George Foreman are installed in the house.
  • PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. Deposit is non-refundable. The renter must stay in contact with the Rentee until full payment is confirmed. If Renter does not stay in contact with Rentee and does not submit full payment, the Renter will lose their deposit and the reservation will not be held for that Renter. Stay in contact! Under no circumstances are Cancellations accepted unless it is with one month prior notice to the first day of rental. No refunds will be givin unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with owner and renter. All deposits will be returned via Pay Pal. Deductions for Damage, Lost, Abused items and or facilities, will be deducted from the deposit. Further action will be taken if damage exceeds deposit. You are responsible for all items, property, everything that comes along with the rental.
