Surrounded by Santiago´s best restaurants, over 30 options in area. Public transport on corner, only 5 minutes from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. Walking distance to Providencia area with stores and parks for leisure. Also only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown area, museums, government buildings, plazas and historical buildings.

Close to Ski Centers Easy access to Kenedy street that goes straight to ski center route. Major ski centers Valle Nevado, Colorado and La Parva only 1 to 1:30 hours away. Portillo ski center 2 hours distance. Pleased to assist guests with transfers, tours and rentals.

Great access to Higways Very close to Costanera Norte (Santiago´s main Urban Highway that connects to all other Highways) entrances. Also on Vitacura St. and a few blocks from Providencia and Apoquindo streets.
