  • Saugatuck’s Mill Pond Realty is our local agent and will help ensure your stay is pleasurable and hassle-free. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a 50% deposit, which is required within 5 days of booking. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 10 days of arrival require certified funds or a money order. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund (less a 10% processing fee.) No refund available for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. Due to OSHA guidelines, Mill Pond Realty strongly recommends you bring your own linens and towels. Harbor Lights offers a fully equipped kitchen, pillows, blankets, and spare linens and towels. If spare linens and towels are used, they must be cleaned and returned to where they were found. An extra cleaning charge will apply if the property is not left in the same condition as the time of check-in, or if laundry must be performed.
  • We kindly request you do not remove items from the home, even temporarily for a quick trip to the beach. A 10 person occupancy limit is strictly enforced, as required by association rules. We love pets but our association does not, and therefore we cannot accommodate a four-legged, two-winged or tailed family member. Harbor Lights is a non-smoking property. Residential quiet period observed 10pm - 9am. Guests may be asked to leave without refund if occupancy is exceeded, pets are present, excessive noise or parties complaint received, or evidence of smoking on premises is discovered. Keys may be picked up at Mill Pond Realty's office between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the arrival date; late arrival may be arranged in advance. Checkout promptly no later than 10 a.m. on the departure date, to facilitate the arrival of new guests. If you have any concerns about your rental , Mill Pond's local management team is available to provide you piece of mind and will work to ensure your satisfaction.
