There is a fitness center, sauna, basketball court, racquetball court, and a second pool along with the Tennis courts, underground parking and above ground parking. Location The Meridian Condo is a Luxury Condo, on Corner of Koval and Flamingo. Walking distance to Wynn, Bellagio, Caesar's, Flamingo, Venetian. Also many fine Restaurants in walking distance, Morton's Steak House, Lawry's Prime Rib, Ruth Chris, and I recommend Del Frisco's

Amenities Great work out facility, Nice big pool and sunning area, Racquetball, Tennis. We have security manned entry gates. Then enter into our under ground parking with another security gate, park and take elevator to the 4th floor and you are 30 feet from your front door. Two bedroom, luxury condo, cable, free wifi, washer dryer.

View Mountains, Strip, Partial pool view and you over looks the tennis courts.
