More About the Houseboat It has a comfortably sized bathroom with stand up shower. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, closet storage and a patio door leading to the deck. The queen size sleep sofa in the living room, also with memory foam, and aero bed provide additional sleeping options. The well appointed houseboat provides a calming respite after a day full of activity. Imagine relaxing on the roof deck, drink in hand, enjoying your own private sunset! All the amenities of home! We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc...

All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby downtown waterfront hotels! Fun and Chic in Old City Philadelphia! It is truly our goal that every guest have an exceptional and memorable experience, so come, relax away your tensions, inhale pure sea air and nautical vibes, 'chill' in an outdoor, relaxing setting during the most picturesque time of the year! Ahhhh...

The Experience What's it like saying on a houseboat? The boat is in a protected part of the marina, but there is some occasional movement during the day when boats pass by. It is usually very calm during the night, although some guests find a bit of gentle swaying is relaxing and can lead to a very restful sleep. Please note: we always keep our calendar up to date, so please check calendar before contacting us to make sure the dates you want are available! Also, unless it is a last minute inquiry, please email us initially rather than phone us!
