While each villa is privately owned, the complex has a full staff including concierge, security, fitness trainers and general groundkeepers. 2 large swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, Koi pond (100 fish!) and 'Beach Bar' all within community's gate. Private entrance directly onto sandy 'lagoon beach' with calm waters and reefs for good snorkeling. Good restaurants, water sports, fishing, golf, spa, etc. all within walking distance. Assigned parking for your car. (Extra space available if needed for 2d car). Stores for food shopping--including Safeway and Costco 3 miles away. Cook in Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen fully equipped for the serious (and not-so-serious cook).
