There are 4 televisions and 2 DVD and video players in the house. They are located in the master bedroom, one guest bedroom, the family room, and the living room. There has never been smoking in the house. Smokers are asked to use the porches and decks for smoking. Because the terrain is so flat, walking, bicycling, skate-boarding, and scooters are easy and fun. Golf is as varied as the many courses nearby. The community pool is a great place for children of all ages and a short walk from the house. The tennis courts are adjacent to the pool. There are two large ponds in the community for fishing, as well as multiple offerings for fishing and crabbing in the general area.
