Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • One week period is classified as 6 nights. 20% deposit is payable with the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A £150 security deposit is also required which will be returned immediately after your holiday less any breakages / damages. Our maid will meet you on the last day of your holiday in order to check the house inventory with you and - if everything is well - she will immediately return the security deposit. To protect the environment Barbados Light and Power Company makes the energy cost very expensive. You can use - without extra fees - all the appliances and the fans all day long. Air conditioning should be used just in the bedrooms for about 2 hours a day and 5/6 hours a night. Every waste of energy (over 40 kw/day) will be charged as extra as £18 per 100 units used.
  • FREE PICKING UP FROM THE AIRPORT. Our managers Claudia and Maurice will meet you at the airport to give you all the informations and you will meet them again at home to show it to you. You can call them during your stay for every question, help and advice. They can also book for you car, taxi, restaurants and trips on the Island

  • The master bedroom is furnished with original colonial furniture, including a four-poster canopy bed. The second bedroom has two single large beds (that can be joined together to form a king size bed). Both the bathrooms are very elegant with marble countertops, jacuzzi and shower. Both the bedrooms are very quiet and lead out to a balcony. The rooms have high timber vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There's plenty of towels (beach and pool towels included), soaps, shampoos, etc and there are hair dryers. Private electronic safe box.

Notes:

The living room is large and very well furnished with comfortable and designer furniture. The Italian kitchen has plenty of plates, pans, glasses, tablecloths - for fantastic cooks and great meals.The patio has real sofas (not uncomfortable garden furniture!) and garden lounge chairs. Housekeeper included, comes twice a week (available every day for an extra fee also as a chef). We can arrange for you to have a car for a very special rate and we can arrange transport for you from the airport to the property. We can also provide drinks and food at your arrival. The car is not necessary because the beach and the shops can be reached easily by foot: anyway Barbados is a fantastic island, with many beautiful beaches, a great capital town and a beautiful countryside so it would be worth it to try to tour around the entire island.
