Rental Rates for the cottage in Adirondacks, New York, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Let us know as soon as possible if you wish to rent it since we have
    a lot of people booking weeks right now. Rental rates for 2009 for a
    week in June is $695, June 2-July 25th is $795, and July 26 through
    September 12th is $895. Fall rates begin September 13th. Call or write
    for availability. To secure the week you would like, we require
    a $100 refundable security deposit at the time you sign the lease.
    Then 50% of the rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival with the
    full balance due on the day you arrive. Total rent plus $100 security
    deposit. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in/arrival
    time is after 3PM and departure must be by 11 AM Saturday mornings.
    We would love to accommodate you. Please let us know if you would
    like to book a week and we will return a rental agreement for your signature via
    email. Thank you for your interest.

Cottage Amenities Private beach, barbeque, outdoor bonfires, paddle boat rentals, boat rentals, canoe rentals. The cottage is located right on the banks of the Hudson River, fully equipped with full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, one bathroom with shower, and screened porches. The cottage sleeps up to seven people and has one bedroom with full bed downstairs and upstairs sleeping with three twins in the loft. There are also two pull out sofa beds in the main living room. All towels and linens are provided.

Additional Amenities We have Satellite TV, radio, and DVD/VCR. We have electric heat and fans for heating and cooling. No AC but you will not need it. The evenings are delightful and we have ceiling fans to keep you cool. The cottage is part of a private parcel and not associated with a camp or resort. It is secluded but close enough to all kinds of entertainment.outdoor sports facilities, and amusements. We have a private beach, barbeque facilities available, a firepit for your evening bonfires, and outdoor furniture and picnic tables for you to enjoy. We have two paddle boats, three rowboats and one canoe available for rent at $30 each per day or $150 each weekly. The river is not rough at all and the cottage is situated on a private cove which opens to a large lake-like area (see photos). It is clean and abounds with fish if you like to fish. We have hiking trails, bike trails, swimming, and virtually every kind of outdoor activity you might like within 5-10 minutes.
