  • Extra cleaning is available at $60 per day; complete house cleaning is $150 if you have a party or group gathering. You are to pay cleaning service direct at the time of the job. Extra A vacationers must pay an additional charge of $25 per day to cover utility charges. if charges go over $50 per week.
  • Please make sure that when you leave that you strip the beds that you use and put sheets in the washing machine and put all towels used into washing machine and dryer. This both insures all renters that they are sleeping on clean sheets (Dateline TV show made some visitors believe that hotels do not change sheets) plus cleaning people charge by the time. At $35 per hour it is more important for them to clean the floors, windows, mirrors, fans, baseboards and all the heavy cleaning. They will complete the wash, fold towels and put the sheets back on the beds. Extra hours of cleaning will increase the $150 cleaning fee.

Stereo piped throughout house, 2 hot water heaters, 2 air conditioners Wheelchair bound adult has lived here as well as walker patient - same person. Please keep doors locked at all times due to babies and small children can get into the pool or ocean. Small dogs are considered if they are well behaved. This is the private home of another family which is why it is so nice and has so many amenities inside the home. It is like being in your own private home or vacation home. You will love coming back time and time again. The owners open it up to vacationers and are very hospitable giving you free access to new appliances and newer things each time you visit. Please add this charge to any Pay Pal credit card transactions. Bank Wire Transfers, Cashier Checks, Checks can be used if paid on a USA Bank within 90 days before the date of occupancy. Any payments from any renters from outside the USA must be made using a Cashiers Check or a Wire Transfer in the exact amount that is due. No monies will be returned to the renter. This is a well kept home with nice things that the owner hopes to be kept in good condition. This is their own home which they allow us to rent out. Most visitors rent the home over and over again and love coming back. The owner prefers repeat visitors therefore if you think you may want to be coming back to the area on other occasions please note this to the realtor and you may be given the VIP visitor discount. Only one discount per visit. Will accept 10 or more for an additional fee.

Scuba Diving Palm Beach is one of the Scuba Diving Capitals of the World. Some of the diving is nicer that Cayman Islands and many well known sites. We have our own scuba club where you can get your certification in one week and dive all week long. Get your group together and enjoy this big, beautiful home large enough for 8 sleepers. Weddings Palm Beach has beautiful beaches and a wonderful area to get married in and this home is nice enough to have a private reception in and photographers are available. Bride and Groom or friends can stay in this beautiful home for a Romantic week at an inexpensive price. $1,000 plus expensives are available thru Sept 30,2009. Come during the month of March and you can watch all of the famous golfers play each other or just play each other any time of the year - especially when your club is closed in the winter time. Get a group of your buddies and rent this house as often as you wish and play to you hearts delight. You can walk to some of the finest courses in America. PGA National is only 10 minutes away. Have fun! This home is in between PGA National International Golf Course, Greg Normals Elite Course, Jupiter Hill's well known course, Admiral 's Cove, the many course's built by Jack Nicklaus as well as all the very famous course designers of the world. Get your golf buddies together when your clubs close up North and come down to Juno Beach and stay in this beautiful home as often as you like - like many of your friends.
