Bedrooms The master bedroom has a Cal King bed, a romantic gas fireplace, a 40 inch 1080P LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player, a large walk in closet and a private master bath. A cozy loveseat is situated next to the bed with a view of the fireplace and TV. An exterior door in the master bedroom allows access to the rear deck with ocean views spanning almost the entire back of the house. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin extra long bed and the other guest bedroom has two twin extra long beds. Each bedroom has a separately controlled heater. All exterior and interior bedroom walls are insulated.

Energy Efficient Home Our beach house was remodeled with an eye towards energy conservation. All windows are double-paned and coated for UV protection. All exterior and interior walls, ceilings and floors are insulated. Honey-combed window treatments provide additional insulation. Each of the dishwasher, clothes washer and gas dryer is high efficiency, and a tankless water heater provides heated water only when needed so as to minimize energy consumption.
