Fort Myers with its extensive shopping facilities is nor more than 10 minutes from Cape Coral Bridge. Cape Coral beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes, whilst Fort Myers Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Sanibel and Captiva islands are about 15- 20 minutes by car. The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car. Busch Gardens is approximately 2 hours away. The property is only 25 minutes from South West Florida International (Fort Myers) airport. Approximately 2 hours from Miami International or Tampa airports.

Activities Local activities include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, golf, cycling, tennis, parasailing, swimming, diving, water skiing and windsurfing.
