Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Three night minimum stay with one night's Deposit is required to confirm rental. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, providing certain provisions are met. These provisions are outlined in the rental rules which will be sent prior to confirmation.

    The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $10 per person per night for gusts in addition to eight (8) will be assessed.

    Peak rate apply on Holidays and weeks of New Year's and Valentine's Day.
    Pets are permitted in the rental only with prior approval. There is a nightly fee of $15 per pet.
  • With sleeping capacity of up to 8 people, SummerSong isan affordable, comfortable, and convenient alternative to booking a hotel room. Rental rates vary depending on the time of the year and number of people.

The Kitchen is well appointed with service for 8 people. Pantry and refrigerator are stocked with basic items. Large picture windows provide spectacular views of Beaver Lake. Furnished upper an lower decks are great for enjoying great views of the lake. Features include: outdoor grill, smoker, outdoor fireplace, yard swings, Adirondack yard chairs, and a variety of appropriate outdoor furniture.

Perfect for.... Kids! They will love it here. From morning til evening, from one of two decks, you can watch them swim. You won't be able to get them inside. With a gradual slope into the water, you need not worry about sudden drop-offs in the water. The Two of You! Take a moonlight swim, just feet from your bedroom door. Then sit by the fire and allow your mind to go blank. Friends! Cook, eat, laugh, and visit on the deck until the wee hous of the morning while waves lap the shoreline. Fishing! With easy access to your boat, you can fish any time of day with ease! Just walk a few steps and you are on your way. Come back to the cabin in the heat of the day for a rest and head out again for wonderful night fishing. Hickory Creek Marina, just across the cove, is stocked to help you with all your tackle and bait needs. Resting! Wave at passing boats. Catch some sun on the deck. Relax in your hammock or yard swing. Enjoy a good book between naps. Walk the shoreline.

Boating If you love to pull the kids on the tube, SummerSong is the place. The cove in front of the cabin is a perfect place for tubing. Away from the main channel of the lake, yet large enough for some long runs and lots of turns to churn up the waves, the cove is ideal for tubing. Close enough to the cabin, friends and family can watch the fun from their seats on the shore. Or you can take a day-trip up to the Dam and back while sight-seeing on Beaver Lake.
