This unit is suitable for elderly, my 86 year old mother and her 2 sisters had a great time, and no problems. The water is drinkable and tested yearly. This is a great family vacation. This is a modern condo located between 2 big tourist destinations, Tamarindo and Flamingo and the next door property is Paridisus Conchal .The area is safe, without many tourists on the near by beaches. I have no allergies in Costa Rica, We live on-site and are available to help with the best places to go and the many adventures available, from seeing turtles, monkeys, surfing, snorkeling, fishing and other destinations. Smoking is OK outside.
