The full wall of windows on two sides afford you a magnificent ocean view. Pour your morning cup of coffee, sit down and relax at the lovely cafe table set, and savor the breathtaking view of the ocean right from your bedroom. The 'blue room,' also located on the second floor, has a king bed (2- twins side-by-side) and a full bayside balcony deck that allows for an expansive beach/ocean view. The 2nd floor bathroom, complete with tub shower, is brand new and situated between both bedrooms. The 3rd floor master bedroom, has a queen size bed, a separate sink with vanity, and a full size master bath with shower. Right outside you will find the sleeping loft, with sleeping arrangements guaranteed to be a favorite amongst the kids: a full/twin bunk bed.

For entertainment, both rooms include TVs as well as DVD players. The Ocean Colony townhome complex has an outdoor pool (with attendant) and is close to many midtown restaurants, nightlife and shopping. If for any reason you might want to be in touch with the rest of the world, we've provided free WIFI internet access as well as telephone service. 4 parking spaces right by your door. Unit is non-smoking, no pets please.
