One renter must be 55 or older, children under 18 may visit for 30 days in a calendar year -- Laundry room is separate, nice size, and the washer dryer is so top of the line, I keep expecting a little man to come out and fold the laundry for me.

Don't put off your dreams We bought, decorated, and furnished this 'home' in which to live, then Mother Nature decided that I would have twins at the age of 50 -- I'm not kidding, proof available! So we have 9 more years until we can come back there to retire to this place. We have rented it twice, short term to people who treated it like their own and the place remains immaculate. As if all the other pluses weren't enough, the people with whom we share a roof, aka our 'roof mates' are the most wonderful couple with whom you could want to share space. We hope there is someone out there that planned to retire to this wonderful community but is holding off for the economy to stabilize -- we hope we are a match to you.
