  • Security Deposit of $100 required plus simple terms and conditions. Security deposit is fully refundable if home is left as it is found. Payment accepted by all major credit cards over the phone, or through Paypal or US$ personal check. 50% required to secure the booking, the balance payable 45 days before arrival. If you book within 45 days, payment is made in full at the time of booking.

    Small pets allowed under 15lb, separate pet contract, no additional charge.

Guest Reviews Rogers family, Greenwich, London, August 3rd 2009: Favorite Activities:: Everything! Golf, swimming, air hockey, visiting towns, aquarium. The Greenport Cinema is very sweet - Art Deco. We prefer the North Fork to the South, much quieter. We had a lovely, relaxing time here and lots of fun - a great spot. Greenport was so pretty. The ice cream parlor gave us massive ice creams which were lovely. We had a fantastic stay! Great to see so many futuristic Prius cars around Town!

Golf Information: This property is very close to Island's End Golf Course, which is a lovely public course where guests can book T time a week in advance of arrival.
