A una cuadra abajo en el Parque Kennedy se encuentra la muy conocida Calle De Las Pizzas y otros restaurantes y mas discotecas, te daras cuenta estas cerca de todas las amenidades y entretenimiento. El Edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, el area del departamento es approximadamente de 88m2 donde pueden alojarse comodamente 1 familia con 2 hijos, o un grupo de amigos, porque cuenta con 2 dormitorios, uno con una cama matrimonial con bano incorporado amplio, TV y telefono.
