Situated in the Cruz de San Jose townhouse complex (14 individually owned homes) the house is in the perfect location. From the Lower Balcones neighborhood, on the edge of Centro Historico, you'll have a short 10 minute walk to the jardin, the bustling hub of the city, yet the neighborhood is quiet and serene. An on-site manager is available to answer any questions, and offer help. Maid service three days per week is included. Children over 12 years of age are welcome.
