  • Cleaning Fee Minimum $65.00.
  • Our goal is your comfort and that of every guest in our home. We expect the cleaning crew to spend 4-hours or so cleaning the home, washing the sheets, towels, cleaning the kitchen, mopping all the floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning windows etc. upon our guests departure. If the home requires additional hours (over 4) the additional cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

    Our home is set up to comfortably sleep 6 (adults & children). We will consider additional short term occupants on a case by case basis. The maximum occupancy for monthly rentals is 6 adults and/or children. Rental to parties of more than 6 (total) on a monthly basis will not be considered. We will be happy to suggest homes in the area that are set up for more than 6 occupants.

    The $200.00 Pet Deposit is not refundable and is our cost to have all pet dander Professionally removed from the home and furnishings.

    Upon arrival you will find a basic supply of kitchen, laundry and bath items
  • Depending upon availability, during the Summer & Fall Season extra days may be added to weekly & monthly rentals as follows: 2009 Summer & Fall Season (May 1st – November 30th) Daily Rate of $110.00 Plus Sales Taxes.
    2010 Winter Season (December 1st – April 30th) Daily Rate of $130.00 Plus Sales Taxes.

    FOR WEEKLY RENTALS - CHECK IN DAY IS SATURDAY AFTER 3:00PM. CHECK OUT IS SATURDAY BEFORE 10:00AM.

The Area The home is located 10-minutes from the Weeki Wachee Springs and the Weeki Wachee Water Park. Canoe and Kayak rentals are available at the Weeki Wachee Water Park as well as two other locations on the river. The Weeki Wachee River is a State of Florida park. The river is crystal clear and in the low 70's year round. It is a pristine Florida river. During the winter Manatee swim up the river and are often seen by those going up and down the river. Wildlife abounds along the river and you may see otter, raccoons, osprey, hawks, alligators and other wildlife. The river is also excellent for a 'float' on a raft or inner tube. The Buccaneer Bay water park opens March 28, 2009. This park offers thrilling water flume rides, river boat rides and a white sandy beach.

For the boaters!!! The 8x20 Floating dock has a Jet Ski / Waverunner dock attached so if you have one bring it with you. Power & Water are available at the sea wall so clean up of your boat after a day of fishing is easy. In addition to the two tables (with seating for 8) in the lanai an additional glass top table with seating for 4 is located on one of the two rear patios. The entire back yard is elevated and covered with brick pavers. There is parking for motor homes, large boat trailers on the adjacent lot so parking is never a problem.

Watch The Manatees Go Up the River If you enjoy people watching you will enjoy sitting on the outside deck at one of the local restaurants watching the boats, kayaks, canoes, boats, fish and in the winter Manatees going past on the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River while you enjoy lunch, dinner or your favorite beverage. All of this is 10 minutes from your front door.

Golf Information: For a change of pace, there are numerous golf courses nearby, including some championship courses. Two of our local public courses are rated 9th & 48th in the country. With over 20 to choose from you will be busy if you’re a golfer.
