(no Sat to Sat only any day of the week works for us) -Wine cooler is in the kitchen, The first wine is free after that you pay $10 per bottle if you used. -Laundry room available upon your request . PLEASE NOTE: A couple are living in a one bedroom /one bath attached to the house with separate entrance. (completely separate from 3 bedroom, 2 bath house) They don't share anything with you other than the driveway.

Fishing Trip We own a 24' fishing boat. We can take you fishing or just a boat ride with an extra charge depending on the time and number of passengers. Details will be discussed after arrival.

Jet Ski We own Jet ski for two on the dock. You can ride it with an extra charge. Details will be discussed after your arrival.

Cleaning We will give a clean place and we expect a clean place back. The security deposit will be return to you not more than two week after your departure if everything is in a good condition.

Golf Information: There are few golf courses close to the property.
