Sugar Mountain Home is less than five miles from the Mississippi and only a half-hour from Cabela's Sporting Goods outlet in Prairie du Chien. 4.5 hours from Chicago. Fly fishing: This is a true retreat style home. Extensive book library featuring many literature classics. There are a number of Indian mounds in the immediate area. Terrific antiques, historic sites and incredible nature preserves with 1/2 drive or less.
