The home furnishings are high grade and comfortable. High speed secure Ethernet wireless service is provided – bring your laptop! There is a carpeted game room with a pool table, air hockey, dart board and a small table with chairs. The second floor has a den area with its own work station complete with computer and printer. There is also a TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 game console with a small library of DVDs and Guitar Hero! No boring rainy days here! There are five bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own TV and DVD player. One of the bedrooms has two bunk bed sets for the small folk. There are three bedrooms with full size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Three full bathrooms complete this castle! In the rear of the home is a pool with a screened enclosure and unusually large deck, part of which extends beyond the enclosure. There is a removable fence that can be easily installed around the pool for safety’s sake. The home has a monitored alarm system.

The gated community complex has many amenities. Some of the outstanding features of the complex include a large community pool, child's pool, resort hot tub, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. A clubhouse is on site with a reception/social area, cyber café, and fitness room. The home is just minutes away from championship golf couses, and the sights that made Orlando famous!
