Accessibility : Although our desire was to make this as accessible as possible we would like as much advance warning as possible to make it even easier to access. Our goal was for family with a member with a disability to really enjoy a fabulous vacation to Costa Rica! All the main living areas including deck and kitchen are accessible. The main bathroom is designed as an accessible bathroom, raised toilet, shower,etc... There is bedroom with a queen size bed that is wheel chair accessible with its own sink . Young Children: Again we also wanted to make our elegant home a place to retreat for adults, friends and family. We were also thinking with future grand children in mind. The reality is it is not safe for very young children. As much as we would like to rent to families with all ages I would like to talk to anyone in advance who is truly interested about our house layout.
