About 83 rue des Saints Peres This chic apartment on the rue des Saints Pères encompasses the entire fifth floor. Upon entering for the first time, passing through the double front doors into the foyer, one is struck by the amount of light coming through the eight windows of the salon, dining room, and bedrooms which look out over the rue des Saints Pères. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment has undergone a complete, “gut” renovation, which was completed in June 2008. New plumbing, new electrical, soundproof windows, and central air conditioning are just some of the highlights of the renovation. The original hardwood floors were restored to their former splendor. Modern bathrooms and powder room were installed, as was a state-of-the-art Miele gourmet kitchen.
