There is a fire pit in the front yard/wood provided. There is a volleyball/horseshoe pit in lower yard. Yard is approx. one acre with fruit, pine and hardwood trees. Gorgeous view of the lake, great breezes, serene rural landscape out back, patio out back with gas grill. Home is complete with washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave. Also the rental agreements are on that page. Sorry, no pets allowed. Home works very well for family reunions or family getaways. There are many other lakes within 10 to 15 minutes from this home. St Cloud is only 20 minutes away. The Twin Cities is only 30 minutes away. You are hard pressed to beat this location. US Hiway 10 and I94 are the main arteries.
