More About the Property The large, light-filled rooms are fully renovated and decorated with gold-level appointments. Your ocean-view master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Meals are a breeze in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. No pets and no smoking. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a Recreational Association fee of $35/person/week. Less in the off seasons.

Additional Area Activities Many Tennis Programs are available at Sea Colony, Fine Golf Courses dot the region, walking distance to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Restaurants, Bookstore and Light Shopping.
