BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE Bring your boat or yacht and use the unit's full service exclusive boat-slip. The pass to the Gulf is only 100 yards away, and Robinson Island, accessible only by boat, can be seen from your private balcony. Within walking distance is fantastic fishing at the Gulf pass, packed with anglers around the clock. Just across the Alabama Point bridge (one minute by car), is the Gulf State park, with access to beaches at the pass, the jetties, and Gulf front beaches - all of which are complimentary. Mariner Pass fronts Cotton Bayou, an area great for kids to fish, catch minnows or crabs, and within view of your private balcony. Also within easy walking distance are two excellent restaurants, Lousiana Lagniappe and Grazie, and the upscale San Roc Caye outdoor shopping area, which often has outdoor live music on the weekends.
