Rental Rates for the cabin in Minnesota, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $175 damage deposit (returned after cabin has been cleaned and checked, usually 5 days).
  • Deposit of 1/2 rental fee required to reserve, balance due 10 days before check in.
    Renter is responsible for full term of rental period once reservation has been confirmed with deposit.
    No refund on early check out or cancellation, unless another renter can be found to take your place, minus $75 fee.
  • Discount available for long term rental. Substantial discount for full season rental by May 1st.
    Resort policy includes: Day visitors over the base must be preregistered with the resort and require a $5/per person day fee. Large groups of day visitors not permitted. Fee for additional water craft parking, launching and docking, if available. Boat launching/removal available with tractor for $8.
