We don't mind children provided that they also understand our sensitivity. When you arrive, the kitchen will have drinks, beer, various fruits, snacks, coffee, complimentary wine etc for your use. Please, feel free to use them as you wish, but, please do so only in the kitchen, dining room and terrace. There will be a $500 deposit that will be mailed to you within 24 hours from your departure.

The property is conveniently located near the tourist area, yet, far enough to avoid the noise. There are many luxurious hotels near by, with magnificent beach-front gardens and pools where you can enjoy the facilities for approximately $20-$30/person. Pre-arrangements can be made on your behalf. There is also a very beautiful and safe water park with all amenities approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Again, pre-arrangements can be made on your behalf for tickets. An absolutely impeccable golf field with 5-star restaurants & clubs within it is located approximately 35-40 minutes by car. The picturesque town of Paphos is approximately 45-50 minutes by car. The mountain of Troodos is 45 minutes by car with many traditional villages along the way. Once to the top, you can enjoy panoramic, breathtaking views of the island.

There is plenty to do in the city of Limassol. The beaches are clean and safe with all amenities, beach-side restaurants and cafes, water-sports etc. Night life is rich and colorful with elegant clubs, discos, taverns and out-doors cafes. There are plenty of restaurants offering everything, from authentic Greek and Cypriot cuisine, to Middle Eastern, Oriental, Mexican, Italian etc. A list of suggestions will be provided to you upon arrival. If you choose to stay home for the evening and enjoy a quite night out on the terrace, a list of 'take always' will be provided for home delivery. Supermarkets are also, conveniently near-by. A big 'Must' is an afternoon walk by the promenade with the palm trees. Also visit the medieval castle (Preferably in the evening) and the surrounding restaurants, cafes and clubs.

The capital of Cyprus, Nicosia is approximately 50-60 minutes by car. You can enjoy an elaborate museum with ancient antiquities expressing the Cypriot civilization. Make sure that you spent time in the old town with the narrow picturesque streets and the surrounding shops offering everything from souvenirs to brand name clothing. Driving in Cyprus is easy, convenient and safe. The island offers one of the most complete, comfortable and safe roadways and highways in Europe.
