    To make a reservation for Villa Hastings Boulevard, a $150 booking deposit is required. 10 weeks before arrival date the rental fee (plus a $250 breakages refundable deposit) must be paid. Please refer to terms and conditions document.

Villa Hastings Boulevard - ideally located & quiet Villa Hastings Boulevard is ideally situated just 15 minutes drive from Disney World. Our beautiful home is located in the small and very quiet West Stonebridge community along the US highway 27 in Davenport. A place where you can really enjoy the calm between visits to all the excitement you will have traveled to Orlando for. Our fully air-conditioned single story villa was completed in 2006 and is furnished to the highest standards. The pool and deck area at the rear of the villa is not directly overlooked by other homes adding to the feeling of calm when you relax by the pool. The luxury garden furniture makes this area ideal for chilling out and alfresco eating with a lanai fan to keep you cool during the hot Floridian days and evenings. Eight to ten people can comfortably sleep at our villa making it the ideal size for one or two families whilst enjoying the amazing attractions and entertainment that the Orlando area has to offer.

Location, location, location Villa Hastings Boulevard is within the community of West Stonebridge in Davenport, a peaceful development of 73 executive homes Its small size in comparison with some of the enormous complexes along US27 makes it much quieter and private. You will enjoy being able to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment after spending time in the excitement of the various superb attractions. Our villa is located on the boundary of West Stonebridge and has a secluded private pool area and deck. The villa is conveniently located on US Highway 27, 3 miles north of marker 55 on I-4 making a very quick 40 minute journey from Orlando International airport. Its proximity to the Interstate makes accessing all of Orlando's famous attractions. You will find plenty of places to eat and grocery shop within a five minute drive.
