More About the Property The open space of Penny Hill borders the yard and overlooks Ketchum on one side and Sun Valley on the other. Hike it for wildflowers in the spring or climb up and sled right down to the house in winter (sleds are in the garage). A wide paved bike/pedestrian path runs from the front of the house to the Sun Valley Lodge (less than 500 yards) and over into downtown Ketchum (1/2 mile). The snowshoe and crosscountry ski trails start across the street. A free shuttle bus runs in front of the house and goes to the main ski lodges at Baldy and downtown Ketchum. Whether it is for business or pleasure - this house is central to it all. A perfect location for the SVCA Wine Auction in July, the Trailing of the Sheep Festival in October or the Swing & Dixieland Jazz Festival.
